New to Carousel 6.2.2 is the ability to create a weather forecast bulletin. The tutorial on how to create one from scratch is here. The following instructions will guide you through uploading our weather forecast templates to your system. Quick note: this is a bulletin package and will appear in your Active Bulletins section, not in Weather Templates.
